Chidwick Chopped Down Early

Level 11 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

After Stephen Chidwick limped into the pot from the hijack, Sokchheka Pho limped on the button, Matthew Shepsky completed in the small blind, and Maxx Coleman checked the big blind.

On the four-way flop of {k-Spades}{8-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}, action was checked through to Pho, who bet 11,000. Only Chidwick called to see the turn, which was the {4-Spades}.

Action was quickly checked through, and on the {2-Clubs} river, Chidwick cut out a bet of 12,500.

Pho then raised enough to put Chidwick all-in, and he quickly folded.

Pho showed {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades} for just third pair to earn the pot from the high-stakes crusher.
