Huge Double Up for Lamb to Start

Level 17 : 0/0, 8,000 ante

After waiting for Sean Winter to show up, the second hand of the day was underway with four players limping in. The flop came {9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and the action checked around to the {k-Clubs} on the turn.

Stephen Chidwick was the first to throw in a bet of 55,000 from the cutoff. Brian Rast called on the button and Ben Lamb check-raised to 275,000. Winter folded and Chidwick thought for a minute before ripping all in. Rast quickly folded but Lamb instantly called off his stack of 1,183,000.

Ben Lamb: {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Stephen Chidwick: {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

Lamb flopped the nuts with a straight and Chidwick had two pair and a flush draw. The {q-Diamonds} bricked the river and Chidwick was forced to send over a huge double up to start the day.
