Vogelsang off to Early Lead over Smith

Level 47 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Christoph Vogelsang opened to 50,000 and was met with a 200,000 chip three-bet from Dan Smith. Vogelsang called as they went to the {6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop.

Smith opted to check and Vogelsang went for a bet of 125,000. Smith called.

The {8-Clubs} hit the board and, after a minute, Vogelsang continued for 250,000 more. Smith called once again as the pot ballooned to 1.15 million.

The {3-Diamonds} arrived on the river and both players quickly tapped the table, with Vogelsang's {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs} good enough to take down the pot and the early advantage.
