Ivey Gets Aggressive Early On

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 0 ante

Phil Ivey raised to 6,000 on the button and Kevin Rabichow three-bet to 23,000 in the big blind. Ivey called and the dealer fanned the flop of {j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}.

Rabichow started with a check and Ivey splashed in a bet of 20,000. Rabichow called and the {q-Spades} landed on the turn. Rabichow checked again and Ivey sized up to a bet of 75,000 this time. That was enough to get Rabichow to fold and Ivey claimed an early pot.
