Floor Rules Foul Hand

Level 14 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Action folded to Alex Foxen on the button who raised to 135,000. Kathy Lehen folded her small blind and Martin Kabrhel was in the big blind.

As Lehne folded, Cary Katz interjected. Before the hand was dealt, Stanley Tang had been moved to a neighbouring table in an effort to balance the tournament. However, as Katz pointed out, the tables had not needed balancing.

After Tang was moved, Katz's table was six-handed, with Tang moving to a now seven-handed table. With 20 players remaining the tables were adequately balanced, with two tables having seven players and one having six.

The floor was called and after a short conversation, which involved the floor apologizing to Foxen for the mistake on their part, the hand was ruled foul. Tang then returned to the table in order to play his big blind.
