Prociak Sniffs Out the Bluff

Level 32 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
David Prociak
David Prociak

After losing a couple of small showdowns to Phil Hui, David Prociak limped in the small and Daniel Trodjman raised to 800,000. Prociak called.

The flop came {8-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Prociak check-called 500,000 from Trodjman.

Prociak check-called again on the {8-Diamonds} turn, this time 1,000,000.

The river was the {8-Spades} and Prociak checked for the third time. Trodjman put out of a stack of 4,000,000 and Prociak tanked. After several minutes, Prociak called for his remaining 1,400,000.

Prociak tabled {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} for nines full of eights and Trodjman rolled over a bluff of {k-Spades}{q-Spades}{j-Spades}{7-Hearts}.
