Chris Moorman Eliminated in 2nd Place ($149,405)

Level 41 : 1,000,000/2,000,000, 2,000,000 ante

David Perry limped from the button and Chris Moorman checked his option out of the big blind.

Moorman checked on a flop of {6-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{k-Hearts} and Perry bet out 6,400,000. After counting out his stack Moorman announced all in and Perry snap called.

Chris Moorman: {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
David Perry: {j-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

Moorman was ahead with queen high and an open ended straight draw but Perry did have the club flush draw. The {2-Hearts} turn propelled Perry into the lead, leaving him one card away from an inaugural gold bracelet. The {4-Spades} river completed the board and saw Perry jump into the air in elation before releasing several fist pumps. He then went over to Moorman, who came agonizingly close to a third WSOP bracelet, though he does walk away with a $149,405 consolation prize.
