Ivey and Ponakovs Share Trip Kings

Level 20 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Aleksejs Ponakovs raised to 400,000 from under the gun with the {k-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. Phil Ivey came along in the big blind with the same king-deuce suited the {k-Spades}{2-Spades}.

The flop came {q-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{k-Clubs} to pair both players. Ponkovs continued for 225,000 and Ivey called. The turn was the {10-Clubs} and both players checked.

The river gave trips to each player as the case king the {k-Hearts} came off. Ivey checked, Ponkovs bet 925,000 and Ivey called after a few moments.

The players tabled their hands and the pot was split.
