Mateos Takes One From the World Champ

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

The hand was four ways headed to the flop which came {3-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}. Adrian Mateos led under the gun for 13,000. Andrew Lichtenberger folded early position, 2021 WSOP Main Event champion Koray Aldemir called on the button and Jason Koon let it go in the big blind.

The two players saw the {7-Diamonds} fall on the turn which was checked to the {10-Clubs} river. Mateos bet 55,000 which got Aldemir to fold quickly.
