Rhodes Fills Up in Stud

Level 18

Seven Card Stud

Josh Rhodes: {x-}{x-}/{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{a-Hearts}/{x-}
Drew Scott: {x-}{x-}/{k-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{4-Diamonds}/{x-}

Drew Scott bet on both fourth and fifth streets, with Josh Rhodes sticking around to sixth.

This time, it was Rhodes who bet and Scott who called. On seventh, Rhodes bet again. Scott attempted to raise but didn't put in enough chips and was forced to just call.

"Fours full," Rhodes announced, turning over {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. Scott showed a jack-ten for the beaten broadway straight before mucking.

2-7 No Limit Single Draw

Action picked up on after the single draw and Joseph Couden bet 13,500 from the button after being checked to by Matt Waxman.

Waxman thought for a couple minutes before reluctantly making the call.

"Ten-eight," said Couden as he showed {10-}{8-}{7-}{6-}{5-}. It was good enough to make Waxman muck and Couden took the pot down.

Kapernaros Misreads His Hand, Still Survives

Level 19

Badeucy

Jaswinder Lally raised from the cutoff and Michael Kapernaros defended his big blind. Both players took two on the first draw, and Kapernaros check-called a bet.

The second draw was checked down and they each took one on the final draw. Lally bet again, then called when Kapernaros raised for nearly the rest of his chips.

Lally showed {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} for a seven-low and Kapernaros had {q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}.

"Oh, I have a Badugi," Kapernaros said after initially thinking he had lost the entire pot. "That's the worst slow roll." He and Lally took their chips back after splitting the pot.

Boyle Puts in Four Bets and Collects at the End

Level 19

2-7 Triple Draw

An early position player had raised before Dean Joe put in the third bet to 24,000. Jacob Boyle put in the fourth bet from late position to 32,000. After the opener folded, Joe decided to call and play a pot.

Each player drew one card on the first draw, then they both checked.

Again, each player drew one on the second draw. This time Boyle bet when checked to, and Joe called.

Both players stood pat at the end and both checked their action.

"Ninety-seven," said Boyle and showed {9-}{7-}{5-}{4-}{2-} for the winner.
