Yanovski On Broadway

Level 29 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Leonid Yanovski limped from the button with {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} as did Thomas Morrison with {k-Spades}{q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Spades}. Fabian Brandes in the big blind checked with {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}.

The flop of {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{k-Hearts} was checked by all three players, the {j-Spades} on the turn prompted Morrison to bet pot for 600,000 and was called my Morrison, Brandes folded.

The river was an unhelpful {9-Hearts} and both players checked. Morrison announced trip kings but Yanovski took the pot with the Broadway straight.
