Winter's River Bet Takes It Down

Level 23 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Sean Winter
Sean Winter

Action started when it folded to Sean Winter on the button who limped in for 40,000. Fabian Brandes called from the small blind and Ferenc Deak checked his option in the big blind.

On the flop of {j-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} it checked to Winter who continued for 105,000 and only Deak made the call. The {5-Diamonds} turn was checked by both players.

The {7-Clubs} completed the board and again Deak checked to Winters who bet 150,000. Deak went into the tank but eventually let his hand go and the pot was awarded to Winter.
