Henson Bubbles Event #39 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Benedikt Eberle bet 10,000 from under the gun and was called by Leonid Yanovski in the small blind. Ray Henson in the big blind was forced all-in as he only had 3,000 chips remaining. The main pot was 9,000 and the side pot was 14,000.

Eberle bet 10,000 after a flop of {4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} which Yanovski called. Both players decided to check down the rest of the runout of {7-Hearts}{k-Spades}. Yanovski revealed {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{6-Spades} for a pair of nines, Eberle turned over {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for a pair of kings.

Henson who was playing dark slowly revealed each card. The first card he turned over was the {a-Hearts} followed by the {3-Hearts}. He next turned over {10-Clubs} meaning only an ace could win the pot of 9,000 and survive the bubble.

Unfortunately, he turned over the {10-Spades} and the tournament director confirmed that Henson was the bubble and was leaving with no money. Henson retorted "You're an a**hole!" in a joking manner and headed to the exit.
