Battle of the French

Level 30 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

France's Samuel Bifarella and Maxime Parys got into a few pots together.

In the first face off, Parys raised from middle position and Bifarella called from the hijack. The flop came down {10-Spades}{9-Spades}{5-Clubs} and both of them checked.

A {q-Clubs} showed up on the turn and once again both players checked.

On the river was a {j-Diamonds} and Parys bet 700,000 which Bifarella called. Parys flipped over {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a straight to the king and Bifarella tossed his cards in to the muck.

In the next, Parys was in the big blind and raised his option to 325,000, Bifarella under the gun was the only caller. A {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{2-Clubs} came down on the flop and both checked.

The turn was an {a-Diamonds} and both checked again.

A {k-Hearts} showed up on the river and Parys checked to Bifarella who threw out a 325,000 bet to take down the pot.
