Welcome to Day 1 of Event #33: $3,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold'em at the 2022 World Series of Poker. The event returns for a second year, and play will begin at 3 p.m. local time at The 2022 WSOP at Bally’s and Paris Las Vegas.

Last fall, Brian Rast defeated a field of 997 entrants to claim a fifth WSOP gold bracelet and the top prize of $474,102. Other bracelet winners who grabbed a share of the $2,661,990 prize pool included Manig Loeser, Sejin Park, Georgios Sotiropoulos and Alan Sternberg.

Players will begin this two-day event with a starting stack of 40,000 chips and blinds at 100/200/200. Levels will be 30 minutes in duration, with 15-minute breaks every four levels. Late registration will remain open until the end of Level 12, which is expected to end at approximately 9:45 p.m. local time. Day 1 will break after 21 levels of play, and resume Thursday at 2 p.m. before playing down to a winner.
