Sergio Aido Eliminated in 5th Place ($72,233)

Level 30 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Sergio Aido
Sergio Aido

Steve Zolotow raised to 375,000 from the button. Scott Seiver folded his small blind to send the action to Sergio Aido in the big blind who shoved his remaining 1,100,000 into the middle. Zolotow called to put Aido at risk.

Sergio Aido: {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}
Steve Zolotow: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

It was a race but one that became very lopsided in Zolotow's favor following the {k-Clubs}{5-Spades}{a-Spades} flop. The {9-Hearts} turn and {k-Spades} river brought no help to Aido who exited the tournament in 5th place, a result good for $72,233.

Seiver Wins The Biggest Pot Of The Tournament

Level 30 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Scott Seiver
Scott Seiver

Scott Seiver raised to 500,000 in the small blind and in the big blind, Sergio Aido defended.

The flop came out {7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Aido called a 250,000 continuation-bet from Seiver.

The turn came out an {a-Hearts} and this time Seiver checked to Aido who bet 450,000 on the turn, which Seiver called.

The river came out the {5-Spades} which saw Seiver check once more to Aido who bet 1,400,000. Seiver responded by moving all-in for 2,350,000 sending Aido into the tank. After roughly five minutes the clock was called on Aido who thought a little bit longer before tossing his hand into the muck and giving Seiver the biggest pot of the tournament yet.

Level 30 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Nick Schulman
Nick Schulman

Nick Schulman moved all-in for 1,100,000 from under the gun and action folded around to Sergio Aido in the big blind who called.

Nick Schulman: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
Sergio Aido: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

The flop came safe for Schulman with {7-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, but the turn {q-Hearts} drilled Aido and Schulman left, unimproved on the {3-Spades} river, in 6th place.

The flop came {q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Goodman checked to Zolotow who continued for 775,000. Aido went into the tank but ultimately found a fold. Goodman also let go of his hand to send a small pot Zolotow's way.

Lewis Spencer moved his remaining 525,000 into the center from the hijack and was looked up by only Scott Seiver on the button.

Lewis Spencer: {k-Spades}{3-Spades}
Scott Seiver: {a-Hearts}{2-Clubs}

The flop of {8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{9-Hearts} brought no help to Spencer, but the turn {j-Spades} provided him additional outs in the form of a flush draw. The river came off an {8-Hearts}, leaving Seiver's ace-high as best and Spencer exited the tournament in 7th place.

Farahi Wins Battle of the Blinds

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Action folded to Alexander Farahi in the small blind who limp-called a raise of 420,000 from David Goodman in the big blind.

Farahi checked on the {k-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} flop and Goodman continued for 350,000. Farahi smooth called.

The {5-Spades} turn double paired the board and was checked through by both players. Farahi chose to lead the {a-Diamonds} river for 650,000 and received a call from Goodman. Farahi turned over {k-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for the turned full house and added over 1,000,000 to his stack.
