After Jiacong Zhang limped, David Dowdy moved all in with the effective stack of 625,000. Zhang made the snap call.

Dowdy was behind and would need some help to stay in the tournament. That help did not arrive on the flop. The turn didn't change much, but Dowdy still had outs. He hit one of those outs in the form of the river, which counterfeited Zhang's hand, and Dowdy took the pot with the better kicker. This gave the two relatively even stacks, and play continued with Zhang visibly upset.
A few hands later, David Dowdy moved all in with the big stack of 1,500,000. Jiacong Zhang took a moment to prepare his phone to record the runout before making the call.
