Lonis Gets Rivered

Level 3 : 400/800, 0 ante

There was a raise from under the gun and Brian Lieberman three-bet in middle position. Jesse Lonis four-bet from the small blind and both players called.

The flop came {q-Spades}{9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Lonis continued with a bet that both of his opponents called. The {5-Spades} paired the board on the turn and Lonis bet again. The under-the-gun player called and Lieberman folded.

The {4-Diamonds} landed on the river and Lonis bet for the third time. His opponent raised this time and Lonis quickly called. His opponent showed {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs} for a rivered full house and Lonis was forced to muck his cards.
