Lichtie Takes it Down with Two Pair

Level 2 : 400/800, 0 ante

Mark Bassaly opened from the button for 800. He got calls from Mike Lichtie in the small blind, as well as the big big blind.

The three way action was checked back to Bassaly after the {j-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} flop. He fired for 400, getting a call from Lichtie before the big blind moved out of the way.

The {7-Diamonds} turn was checked by both players, as Bassaly inquired "Are you diamond hunting? Tell me now," as they did so.

Bassaly fired a big bet at the {5-Diamonds} river, Upon Lichtie's call, Bassaly told him "You win sir. King high. I don't even have a diamond," as Lichtie turned over {6-Clubs}{7-Clubs}, giving him two pair and the pot.
