Chance Kornuth raised from under the gun to 120,000. Daniel Negreanu, who had been slowly slipping down the chip count since the start of day 2, called from middle position. The remaining players got out of the way to send Negreanu and Kornuth heads up to the flop.

Kornuth continued for 125,000. Negreanu flatted.
The 
turn saw Kornuth lead out again, this time for a chunkier 430,000. It was not enough to shed Negreanu who called once more.
The board paired on the 
river. Kornuth announced all in to send Negreanu into the tank. After burning through at least one time extension, Negreanu laid down his hand to send a healthy pot Kornuth's way.
