Wong Takes Out Day 1 Chip Leader

Level 16 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

A-5 Triple Draw

James Opie began the day as the chip leader but just had his run end at the hands of Danny Wong.

Opie was already all in heading to the last draw when he took two. Wong patted. Opie showed A-6 as he prepared to turn over his last two cards.

Wong showed {9-}{8-}{5-}{2-}{a-}. "I threw away an eight," Opie said without getting any help on the draw. He collected his cards and tossed them back to the dealer before making his way to the payout desk.
