Today kicks off Event #14: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed at the 2022 World Series Of Poker in its new home at Bally’s and Paris Las Vegas. This is Day 1 of three days of the event, with a new bracelet winner being crowned on June 9th.

Last year's event was won by Bradley Jansen, who took home the top cash prize of $313,403 and his first WSOP bracelet. That field featured 1,450 entrants, generating a prize pool of $1,935,750.

Cards will hit the air at 11 a.m. local time. The field will play 17 levels today, each of them 40 minutes long, with a 20 minute break every three levels. A 75-minute dinner break will happen after level 9, expected to be around 5:40 p.m local time. Late Registration will close at the end of the dinner break, around 6:55 p.m. local time.

Players will begin play with 25,000 chips and blinds start at 100/100 with a 100 big blind ante.

PokerNews will be on-site from the first flop to the last river card to capture the action as a new roster of players assemble to chase the golden dream of winning a World Series of Poker bracelet. Stay tuned for updates beginning with the "Shuffle Up and Deal!" at 11 a.m. PDT.
