Shorr Gets Two Streets with Top Pair

Level 22 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Shannon Shorr raised to 600,000 on the button with {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and Brek Schutten called from the big blind with {a-Clubs}{3-Spades}. Both players hit a pair on the {10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop, Shorr's being the better of the two.

Schutten checked to Shorr who bet 500,000 and Schutten called. The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and Schutten checked again. Shorr slid out a bet of 1,450,000 and Schutten still called. The river was the {2-Diamonds} and both players checked, sending a healthy pot to Shorr and giving him more than half of the chips in play.
