Parssinen Gets Short, Triples Up

Level 16 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

The action folded to Eelis Parssinen on the button who open-shipped all in for 1,315,000. Koray Aldemir was in the small blind and called off his stack of 1,175,000 and the cards were tabled.

Koray Aldemir: {a-Spades}{8-Spades}
Eelis Parssinen: {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{6-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} to give Aldemir a straight and a double up.

On the next hand, Michael Rocco opened to 200,000 and Parssinen stuck in his last 140,000 chips. Aldemir also called and the dealer fanned the flop of {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}.

Rocco bet 250,000 which got Aldemir to fold and the remaining two hands were shown. Rocco had {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs} and was up against the {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} from Parssinen. The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and the river was the {10-Clubs} to give Parssinen trip tens in order to triple up.
