Soon after Jeff "mavsusc" Platt lost a massive flip with king-queen against the sixes for Piccioli and was left short. Platt moved in with eight-six and was called by the queen-four for Piccioli. The board ran out with a four and Platt was out in third place.
Heads-up play started with both Piccioli and Coleman dead even in chips and play was back and forth for a while until Piccioli moved all in with king-six and was snap-called by the ace-king for Coleman.
