Lonis Wakes up with Aces

Level 30 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Joshua Remitio opened to 400,000 in early position and was called by Ruslan Dykshteyn on the button. Jesse Lonis pushed all in for 2,585,000 and Remitio re-shoved all in, forcing Dykshteyn to get out of the way.

Jesse Lonis: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
Joshua Remitio: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} and Lonis remained in the lead with his pocket aces. The {5-Hearts} on the turn and the {9-Hearts} on the river changed nothing as Lonis scored a double up.

Dykshteyn came back to the table slightly disgruntled and mentioned that he folded pocket nines which would have been good for quads.
