Veksler All But Doubles Through Remitio

Level 23 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Picking up the action on the turn with the board reading {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}, Pavlo Veksler and Joshua Remitio were heads-up in a pot that had around 240,000 in the middle.

Remitio checked from the big blind and Veksler tossed in a bet of 110,000 from the cutoff. Remitio called and the {7-Hearts} paired the board on the river. Remitio checked again and Veksler pushed out a bet of 380,000, leaving himself with just 5,000 behind.

Remitio contemplated for a minute and then made the call. Veksler turned over {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for a straight and Remitio mucked his cards.
