Song Put to the Test, Calls Correctly for Double

Level 23 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Stephen Song

There was heads-up action between Stephen Song from early position and Joshua Suyat from the big blind with a {5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} board showing.

Suyat led out for 320,000 and Song called to see the {q-Spades} complete the board on the river. Suyat quickly announced he was all in and the bet sent Song into the tank as it was for all his chips.

After much contemplation, Song decided to risk his 1,005,000 stack and the two players tabled their hands.

Suyat rolled over {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for a busted open-ender and Song revealed {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} to collect his double-up.
