Picking up the action on the turn with the board reading {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}, Mathieu Goncalves led out with a bet of 4,000 from the big blind. Marc MacDonnell called on his left and the {q-Clubs} hit the river.

Goncalves tossed in another bet of 8,000 this time which put MacDonnell in the tank. After a couple of minutes, MacDonnell finally called and Goncalves showed {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for ace-high. MacDonnell revealed {6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for two pair and was awarded the pot.
