Stein Makes Tough Fold to Markholt

Level 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Lee Markholt opened to 260,000 in early position, Uri Reichenstein called in the hijack, and Z Stein defended the big blind.

The {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop saw Stein check before Markholt bet 900,000. Reichenstein folded and Stein went into the tank. Eventually, he folded and Markholt showed {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}. Stein said he laid down {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs} to the surprise of a few at the table.
