Patel Bullies Mateos

Level 11 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Nilesh Patel raised it up from under the gun and was called by Adrian Mateos in the big blind. The flop fell {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Mateos checked to Patel who continued for 30,000. Mateos check-raised to 110,000 but Patel splashed in a re-raise to 530,000 which Mateos called.

The turn brought the {9-Clubs} and Mateos checked to Patel who bet 800,000. Mateos used one of his time banks and then sent his cards to the muck.

"You're bluffing me?" Mateos asked.

Patel showed the {9-Diamonds} as he dragged in the pot. "Semi-bluff," Mateos chuckled.
