Flush on the River for Tafesh; Scoops Massive Pot

Level 30 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Ari Mezrich opened under the gun to 400,000, and John Keller made the call next to act.

Joseph Trezzo called in the hijack, Daniel Lowery called in the cutoff and Alexander Tafesh called in the small blind before James Hess completed in the big blind.

On the flop of {j-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades} the action checked to Trezzo who put in a bet of 1,000,000 and the action folded back to Tafesh who announced all-in for 2,550,000 and only Trezzo made the call.

Alexandar Tafesh: {a-Spades}{8-Spades}
Joseph Trezzo: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

Tafesh was ahead with his overpair and it looked promising for him when the {9-Diamonds} fell on the turn but the {7-Spades} on the river meant Tafesh completed his flush draw for a massive double up and left Trezzo short-stacked.
