"I Caught a Big Card on the End"

Level 24

Brian Hastings: {x-}{x-} / {k-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{6-Spades}{a-Spades} / {x-}
Ian O'Hara: {x-}{x-} / {4-Hearts}{9-Hearts} - folded on fourth street
Yuval Bronshtein: {x-}{x-} / {j-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} - folded on sixth street
Scott Seiver: {x-}{x-} / {10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} / {x-}

Ian O'Hara brought it in by completing straight to 80,000 and all three of his opponents called. Two checks on fourth saw Hastings bet and only O'Hara got out of the way.

Fifth street checked through before Hastings took the lead on sixth and bet 160,000. Bronshtein folded but Seiver raised to 320,000.

Hastings called and then check-folded to a bet on seventh.

"I caught a big card on the end," Seiver said with a sly smile. "I promise you were drawing dead for high."
