Hastings Keeps Bringing the Hammer

Level 22
Brian Hastings
Brian Hastings

Brian Hastings: {j-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}/{5-Spades}{5-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{j-Spades}/{2-Diamonds}
Scott Seiver: {x-}{x-}/{8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{6-Spades}{10-Hearts}/{x-}

Brian Hastings checked and called the bets by Seiver on fifth and sixth streets.

On seventh street, however, Seiver fired once more and was raised by Hastings. After Seiver tanked for a while, he decided to call.

Next, Hastings announced and tabled a full house, fives full of jacks, which prompted Seiver to muck, and the former was awarded the entire pot.

With that hand, Hastings continues to thrive and has climbed back up from the short stack to almost 2 million chips.
