Welcome to Day 2 of Event #7: $1,500 Dealers Choice

Nathan Gamble went nearly wire-to-wire Sunday to take the chip lead into Monday’s Day 2 of Event #7: $1,500 Dealers Choice. The two-time WSOP bracelet winner leads the remaining field of 88 mixed game aficionados seeking WSOP glory, with 47 making the money today.

Gamble and all the remaining players’ journey to the bracelet with be fraught with obstacles, as the field remains absolutely loaded with some of the best mixed game players in the world.

Ray Henson challenged Gamble for the chip lead most of Day 1 and enters Monday with a beefy stack of 216,000 chips. 2018 champion in this event, Jeremy Harkin brings 134,000 into today’s action. They’ll be joined by a litany of mixed game superstars including Mike Wattel (117,500), Daniel Negreanu (115,500), Matt Glantz (115,000), Eli Elezra (90,000), Phil Hellmuth (88,500), Brian Rast (81,500), Benny Glaser (71,000), and Adam Friedman (68,000) to name just a few.

Ten levels will be played today beginning at 3 pm (pushed back one hour due to Sunday’s start time being delayed an hour), beginning with level 16. The players will have a 60-minute dinner break after level 21.
