A Rivered Straight for Mateos

Level 21 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Adrian Mateos completed his small blind and Tyler Cornell raised to 560,000 from the big blind which Mateos called.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{6-Spades}, Mateos check-called the 350,000 continuation-bet of Cornell.

The {9-Spades} was revealed on the turn for Mateos to check again. This time, Cornell bet 950,000. Mateos called.

The {7-Diamonds} completed the board and Mateos checked for the last time. Cornell did the same for Mateos to table the {9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for the straight on the river to claim the pot as Cornell mucked his hand.
