Jaffe Getting Shorter

Level 19 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Tyler Cornell opened to 200,000 on the button and Jonathan Jaffe defended from the big blind. The flop fell {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Jaffe checked to Cornell who continued for 145,000. Jaffe quickly check-raised to 375,000 and Cornell called.

The {9-Hearts} landed on the turn and both players checked to the {q-Diamonds} on the river. Jaffe checked once more and Cornell quickly checked it back. Cornell whipped over {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for two pair and Jaffe's cards hit the muck.
