Chadha Gets a Fold from Mateos; Hand-for-Hand Play Now

Level 12 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Adrian Mateos opened to 40,000 in the hijack and Carlos Chadha defended from the big blind. The flop came {q-Spades}{7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and Chadha checked to Mateos who continued for 27,000. Chadha check-raised to 100,000 and Mateos called.

The turn brought the {10-Clubs} and Chadha checked again. Mateos fired out another 75,000 and Chadha went for the same move. He opted to check-raise to 225,000 this time and Mateos went into the tank for at least two minutes before finally letting his hand go.

Due to the amount of stalling from the smaller stacks in the room, the tournament director has decided to go hand-for-hand two players off the money.
