Corey Hits a Set to Double Off Floyd

Level 25 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Theodore Corey and Russ Floyd wound up all in for Corey's last 750,000 on a flop of {7-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. Corey had {7-Spades}{7-Hearts} for the flopped set, while Floyd had {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}.

Floyd had a flush draw but missed the {4-Hearts}{a-Clubs} turn and river to double up Corey.

"I like how you flopped a set and tried to say you played it perfectly," Floyd said with a smile as the entire table shared in a laugh. "I had 11 outs twice."
