Guay Gets Value With Top Flush

Level 36 : 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

From the small blind, Frank Lagodich raised and David Guay defended in the big blind.

The flop came down {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. Lagodicth bet 800,000, Guay called.

The turn was the {7-Spades}. Lagodich led again for 2,800,000 and Guay came along for the ride to the river which came the {10-Spades} to put three spades on board.

Lagodich led with a small downsized bet of 1,400,000. Guay took his time before cutting out a raise to 10,300,000. Lagodich looked uncomfortable immediately and moved around in his chair staring down Guay. Eventually, after a couple of minutes, he called.

Guay tabled the {k-Spades}{3-Spades} for the top flush. Lagodich showed visible frustration, angrily mucked his cards and walked away from the table to cool off as Guay collected the big pot.
