Weisman Gets Lucky to Bust Lamkin

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Lucas Poelker opened the pot with a raise to 25,000 before Joseph Lamkin re-raised. Dylan Weisman, in the big blind, then announced pot, Poelker folded, and Lamkin called off for his remaining stack.

"Do you have aces?," Weisman asked as Lamkin showed {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Spades}. "That's unfortunate." Weisman had {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and Weisman hit a flush on the turn to secure the knockout. Lamkin quickly got out of his seat and headed for the payout desk.
