"Th3Wiz4rd" Fires Again

Level 5 : 60/120, 0 ante

"BraceletHUNT" opened under the gun for 360 and found two callers before "Th3Wiz4rd" three-bet to 1,800 from the small blind.

"BraceletHUNT" four-bet jammed for 15,253 and action folded back to "Th3Wiz4rd" who called off their 12,166 stack.

"Th3Wiz4rd": {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
"BraceletHUNT": {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

"Th3Wiz4rd" was way behind needing help but nothing came on the {3-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop.

The {5-Spades} turn wasn't a horrible card for "Th3Wiz4rd" as it gave them more outs with a gutshot straight draw but he {3-Clubs} river secured "BraceletHUNT" the pot and "Th3Wiz4rd" re-entered the tournament.

Ian "apokerjoker2" Steinman Looking to Crush Another WSOP Online Bracelet Series

Level 5 : 60/120, 0 ante
Ian Steinman
Ian Steinman

One WSOP Gold Bracelet. Three final tables. Fifteen cashes. That was the body of work of Ian "apokerjoker2" Steinman in last year's WSOP.com Online Bracelet Series, one that would be the envy of nearly everyone who fired in last year's version. Steinman, who already has been seeking action on some bracelet bets for this year's series, will be looking to duplicate his many deep runs and massive success this year.

Steinman's heater began last year with two final tables early in the series, with a fifth-place performance in Event #7: $800 NLH Knockout Deepstack for $24,578, followed by a sixth-place finish two days later in Event #9: $1,000 NLH 6-Max for $30,995. Steinman's bracelet would be earned late in the series, when he took down Event #27: $400 NLH Freezeout for $110,557 after beating Japan's Satoshi Tanaka in heads-up play. Steinman used these performances to take down the $100,000 Leaderboard competition of the WSOP.com portion of the series, which sent an additional $18,000 his way.

Steinman doesn't appear to be resting on his laurels in preparing for a summer of poker, however, already getting in some prep work by winning the Benny Binion Summer Shoot-Out at the South Point Poker Room for $65,000 after a three-way deal. As much as winning his first bracelet meant to Steinman, the quest for another crusher of a summer is on for the hyper-talented Steinman.

Veliu Doubles Through Peck With Rockets

Level 4 : 50/100, 0 ante
Alida Veliu
Alida Veliu

A series of preflop raises saw Alida "av1925" Veliu move all in for 8,348 on the button and David "1_BLUE_i" Peck called from the small blind.

Alida "av1925" Veliu: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}
David "1_BLUE_i" Peck: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

Veliu was well out in front with her aces but the {8-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} flop did pair Peck's lady.

The {k-Diamonds} turn gave both players the diamond flush draw but was also a sweat for Veliu as it brought possible chop outs. Luckily for her, the {4-Spades} completed the board on the river and secured her double up.
