Event #23: $600 Deepstack Championship No-Limit Hold'em
Day 2 Started
The final day of the 2021 GGPoker WSOP Online Event #23: $600 Deepstack Championship is set to get underway at 13:00 ET today with 49 players left in action. That returning field was whittled down from the starting field of 2,820 entries who put $1,607,400 into the prize pool.
By the end of today's Day 2, only one player will remain, and they'll have a new bracelet as well. The average stack to start Day 2 is little under 30 big blinds, with about 2.3 million chips for each player on average.
As is typical in poker however, the chips aren't distributed evenly. James Chen will start the day with the only stack over 5 million chips, but Manish "thekid" Lakhotia and James "PHJ10" Carroll aren't that far behind with around 4.7 million each.

Players are currently pocketing $3,689 on their way out the door but as always, all the money is up top. There is more than $700,000 total on the final table alone, with the winner today slated to get just under $200,000 and the bracelet for their troubles,
Among the other notable players still in contention for the bracelet is GGPoker Team Brazil phenom Felipe Ramos. He went on a tear near the end of the night on Day 1, pulling in a few big pots late to finish the day slightly above average with about 2.5 million chips.
