Playing Poker in a BOWLING ALLEY?! The Crazy Numbers from the "Big 50"

It looks like this year's "Big 50" WSOP tournament might be record breaking. The tournament received over 5000 entries and Day 1c is already sold out. There were so many people playing in an old bowling alley and outside the Guy Fieri restaurant! The 2019 World Series of Poker “Big 50” Event is expected to have more entries than any other poker tournament in WSOP history. Later today, Sasha Salinger will talk to World Series of Poker Vice President Jack Eiffel about the historical numbers and hiccups of the Big Fifty event.
In other WSOP news, Aria dealer Nicholas Hanes won the second bracelet of the 2019 World Series of pOker for $62,345. Meanwhile, notable poker players Ali IMsirovic, Daniel Negreanu, Justin Bonomo, and Erik Seidel played Day 1 of the $50K High Roller.
