Leah Eliminated by Ruesing

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

2014 WSOP Asia-Pacific High Roller bracelet winner Mike Leah opened to 1,000 in middle position, and was met with four callers including Oliver Ruesing in the big blind.

The flop landed {9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and Leah continued for 2,000. After one fold, a call from the cutoff, and a fold from the small blind, Ruesing check-raised to 8,000.

In response, Leah three-bet to 16,000 leaving himself roughly 2,300 behind. The player in the middle folded, and Ruesing gestured all in, and Leah called all in.

Leah: {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Ruesing: {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}

Leah was trailing and would need just the {6-Clubs} or a combination of running cards to make a straight.

The turn and river fell the {9-Clubs} and {5-Clubs}, and Leah was eliminated.
