Hands #38-40: Tolpingrud Shoves Yet Again

Level 38 : 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Hand #38: Marco Guibert raised to 1.6 million under the gun and Mark Strodl called from the hijack. Liran Betito called from the small blind, Nils Tolpingrud did the same from the big, and it was four-way action to the {4-Hearts}{7-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop, which everyone checked.

Betito then led out for 3.6 million on the {3-Diamonds} turn only to have Tolpingrud raise all in. That did the trick as one by one all three of his opponents released.

Hand #39: Shalom Elharar raised to 1.7 million from the hijack and won the pot.

Hand #40: Betito raised to 2 million from the cutoff and Tolpingrud called from the button. Fernando Karam came along from the big blind and all three players proceeded to check it down as the board ran out {2-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{2-Clubs}.

Karam: {q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}
Betito: {k-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Tolpingrud: {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

Tolpingrud had the best hand and was pushed the pot.
