Rotholz Takes Down Two Pots

Level 2 : 200/400, 0 ante

A-5 Triple Draw

After the first draw in a heads-up pot between Hal Rotholz in the cutoff and Roland Israelashvili on the button, Rotholz made a bet and got raised by Israelashvili. He made the call and drew one. Israelashvili stood pat. Rotholz then checked, Israelashvili bet, and Rotholz put in a raise. Israelashvili announced a three-bet, which Rotholz called. Both players stood pat and proceeded to check the final street.

Rotholz turned over {5-}{4-}{3-}{2-}{a-} for the nuts and Israelashvili mucked his hand.

On the very next hand, Rotholz opened with a raise from the hijack and faced a three-bet by the player in the big blind. He made the call and both players drew one card. Action checked through and both players again drew one. The big blind then checked to Rotholz, who put in a bet that was quickly called. The big blind again drew one and Rotholz stood pat behind him. The big blind checked again and Rotholz put in another bet. His opponent mucked and he took down the pot.
