Klodnicki and Shakerchi Trade Blows

Level 10 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

There was around 19,000 in the middle in a pot involving Chris Klodnicki in the small blind Talal Shakerchi on the button. The flop came {2-Spades}{4-Spades}{k-Clubs} and Klodnicki checked. Shakerchi bet 17,000 and Klodnicki called. Both players checked the {2-Hearts} turn bringing the {9-Hearts} river. Klodnicki bet 25,000 and Shakerchi thought for a little bit before tossing in a chip to call.

"Ace-king," said Klodnicki as he tabled {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{j-Clubs}{3-Spades} and won with kings up.

On the next hand, Michael Glick raised to 7,500 from the hijack and Shakerchi called from the cutoff. Klodnicki announced a pot-sized three-bet to 34,500. Glick folded and Shakerchi made the call. Both players checked a flop of {j-Hearts}{4-Spades}{9-Spades}. The turn came {10-Diamonds} and Shakerchi made a bet of 50,000. Klodnicki quickly folded.
