Mercier Wheeling and Dealing

Level 8 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

After two consecutive chopped pots between Brian Hastings and Michael Mizrachi, Hastings opened from the cutoff and received a call from Jason Mercier, defending his big blind. The flop came {8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Mercier check-called a continuation-bet from Hastings.

The turn was {10-Spades} and Mercier check-called another barrel from Hastings. The river came {a-Hearts} and Mercier led out. Hastings thought for about ten seconds before matching the bet.

Mercier tabled {q-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a rivered wheel, good to scoop the pot as Hastings sent his cards to the muck.
