A Few Folds On Final Draws

Level 7 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Jake Schwartz opened from the hijack and action folded to Chris Vitch who defended his big blind. Each drew two cards and then checked. Second draws again went two and two and Vitch checked. Schwartz bet, Vitch put in a check-raise, and Schwartz made it three bets. After a few moments, Vitch called.

Each player stood pat on the final draw and Vitch checked again. Schwartz fired and Vitch thought for a few seconds again before letting his hand go.

On the following hand, Brian Rast opened from the button and Vitch three-bet from the small blind. Rast called and both players drew two. Vitch made a continuation-bet and Rast called.

Vitch stood pat on the second draw and Rast traded two. He fired again afterward and Rast called. Final draws went pat and one and Vitch bet again. After about two minutes, Rast folded and Vitch took down the pot.
